Stateside

We enjoy going out. Last night we found this excellent place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with superb cooking and a professional team and a professional chef. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt go again very soon. We warmly recommend.

5/19/19: Brunch at 1130, there was about a 45 minute wait for 2 people. Bar is open seating. Crispy duck rolls were good but a bit too much Thai basil and mint. Beef pot stickers were delicious. The beef was shredded which felt like the meat was melting in your mouth. The banh mi sandwiches were really big. The Classic and the breakfast. Both really good! My dining partner said the classic had some really good flavor but was really rich with the different meats. Cocktails were all great and very well balanced. Looking forward to dinner. Service was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable.

This French-Vietnamese fusion site is something divine; not only was the atmosphere tasteful but the food was light yet burgeoning in flavor. We also had excellent, personable, wait service. I am looking forward to our next visit; I have been enchanted by brunch but rarely so inspired! Photos tell it like it is.
